‘Berry Court’ was a new stepped construction of 113 one, two and three bedroom apartments, some with balconies or small gardens, spanning across six to ten storeys in height, along with a seven storey car park. This was in development with Bournemouth Borough Council as part of their Town Centre Master Vision, providing the council with 217 council controlled parking spaces.
Rentec provided full mechanical and electrical services to the development including Domestic Water, Heating, Gas Supply, Sanitaryware and General Plumbing, Drainage, Ventilation, Dry Riser, Electrical Distribution, Lighting, Fire Alarm, Data, TV/IRS Services, CCTV, Assistance Call Systems and Access Control.
