Previously an office block, this luxury accommodation now offers an array of studio, two, three and four bedroom apartments and houses up to 242 students. This accommodation gives students a luxury living experience with shared facilities such as a gym, lounge, cinema and games room, as well as reading and study rooms.

Rentec did a full Mechanical and Electrical installation including Heating, Plumbing, Drainage, Ventilation, Sprinklers, Sanitaryware, Dry Riser, Building Management System, LV Distribution, Lighting, TV System, Fire Alarm, Disabled Refuge, CCTV and Lightning Protection, Intercom System and Access Control.
