This new two-storey care home provides 80 resident suites for the over 65’s and those suffering with dementia. Each suite is equipped with a bedroom, dressing, and living area, plus en-suite bathrooms – as well as staff offices, changing areas and welfare facilities in the main entrance. The new suites have been grouped into close knit ‘household clusters’ with associated communal living and dining spaces to create a sense of familiarity and family living for the new residents.
Rentec did a full Mechanical and Electrical installation including Domestic Water, Heating, Gas Supply, Plumbing, Sanitaryware, Drainage, Ventilation & Air Conditioning, BMS Control System, LV Distribution, Internal and External Lighting, Lightning Protection, Data Network, Fire Alarm, Emergency Voice Communication System, CCTV System, TV/IRS System, Nurse & Assistance Call, Audio Induction Loop and Access Control.
