The King Edward VII estate comprises a unique mix of Grade II and II* listed buildings which have been meticulously restored and converted into exceptional apartments, duplexes and houses combining all the original character features of the existing buildings with a stylish modern specification.
Phase 1 of this project focused on the renovation of the existing structures into 20 luxury apartments and duplexes.
Phase 2 consisted of 10 new build, high-end cottages and 4 apartments within the old engine house and 1 cottage located within the Motor House.
Rentec did a full Mechanical and Electrical installation including Heating, Plumbing, Drainage, LV Distribution, Lighting, Smoke Detection, Access Control and TV/IRS.
