The lavish building also incorporates the visitors reception, communal lounge, social kitchen and a guest suite. The horseshoe shape of the building surrounds an enclosed landscaped courtyard garden with adjacent terrace.
Rentec provided full mechanical and electrical services including Heating, Domestic Water, Gas Supply, Sanitaryware & General Plumbing, Drainage, Ventilation, Electrical Distribution, Internal & External Lighting, Lightning Protection, TV/IRS and Gate Automation, as well as a full Solar Photovoltaics system of 24 300kW Panels and a 7.5kW Inverter.
