‘Nile Court’ is situated in Holes Bay next to a railway line and fronting a busy road, with 46 flats in total, 30 of which have been constructed over an 11-storey block, providing private balconies, and boasting breath-taking sunset views. The project was in collaboration with BCP Council, Homes England, and Drew Smith Construction to create affordable housing in the area. 30 of the apartments provided affordable council housing and the other 16 were sold on a shared ownership basis.

Rentec provided a full Mechanical installation including Heating, Plumbing, Drainage and Ventilation.
