The new state of the art, three storey facility provides flexible spaces for the Yacht Club. It is one of the countries premier yacht club and can be adapted as needed to facilitate a wide range of sailing events. The new clubhouse provides world-class training facilities for its members.
Rentec provided a full Mechanical and Electrical installation including Hot & Cold Water, Heating, Plumbing, Drainage, Supply Extract Ventilation and Natural Ventilation & Air Conditioning, BMS Control System, LV Distribution, Internal and External Lighting, Data Network, Fire Alarm, Disabled Refuge Alarms, Security & Access Control Alarm, TV/IRS System, Public Address, Lightning Protection and a Solar Photovoltaic System of 51 Panels.
