Portsmouth Cruise Terminal appeals to the small to medium sized, boutique, luxury and expedition cruise and ferry market, and the new terminal has been designed to reflect this experience throughout. The new terminal is connected to the existing terminal by a sky walk and features a sky garden where passengers can enjoy the views of the port. With the new terminal, the port can accommodate a further 250,000 passengers per year.

This project consisted of a state of the art Mitsubishi Sea Water heat pump with dedicated sea water plantroom, as well as 292 JA Solar 480w solar panels and a Solis 100kWp inverter, providing an annual return of 120,117kWh.
