Project Admiral arose in the wake of the Grenfell Disaster and focused on improving fire safety throughout four apartment blocks in central Poole. This project involved removing existing cladding, upgrading balconies, upgrading ventilation to the apartments and installing sprinkler systems throughout.

Rentec’s package for this included an extensive sprinkler system install to all blocks and apartments, upgrading extract fans and ventilation in the apartments, installing new hot water cylinders to the blocks, new electric heaters in the apartments, upgrading the fire alarm system and lightning protection, communal & external lighting and upgrading the TV/IRS System for all apartments.
