Our offices received a full refurbishment to enhance it into a modern, airy workspace for our team. All the walls were removed and the mezzanine floor was strengthened to create new office spaces. We undertook a full re-wire and installed new intelligent LED daylight dimming luminaires as well as new energy efficient air conditioning and ventilation system, sprinkler system and new bathroom suites. We also installed new high tech Fire Alarm and CCTV systems, new IT racks and a video conference system in the extended boardroom.
Externally there are 6 new EV charging points and a 115 Panel Solar Photovoltaic system on the roof.
