This project was delivered over 4 phases to ensure the existing building remained operational where possible and consisted of a new teaching block extension, which included a climbing wall, teaching classrooms, gym, changing facilities, a new sports hall and refurbishment of the swimming pool.
Rentec carried out a full mechanical and electrical installation of Drainage, Plumbing, Ventilation, Heating, Lighting, LV Distribution, Data, Fire Alarm, CCTV and Access Control.
Externally we installed EV Charging Points and a full Solar Photovoltaic system on the roof.
