St Peter’s School consisted of a new 4-storey construction, designed to merge years 7&8 with the remainder of the secondary school. The new construction consisted of 16 classrooms, two art studios, two science labs, a dining hall and kitchen, main hall, changing facilities and and staff offices, and externally, included four multi use games area pitches, landscaping and staff car park.
Rentec did a full Mechanical and Electrical installation including Above Ground Drainage, Domestic Water, LTHW Heating, Ventilation, LV Distribution, Internal and External Lighting, Access Control, CCTV and Alarms, Building Management System and Lightning Protection.
