‘Stanley Studios’ is a new 10 storey student accommodation block in Portsmouth. The accommodation comprises of 123 high end studio apartments set over 9 floors that are supported by a range of communal areas including a lounge area, gym, cinema room, private dining room and laundry room.
Rentec carried out a full mechanical and electrical installation of Drainage, Plumbing, Ventilation, Sprinklers, LV Distribution, Internal & External Lighting, Fire Alarm, CCTV and Access Control, as well as a full Solar Photovoltaic System on the roof.
