‘The Waterfront‘ is a new development on West Quay Marina in Poole, Dorset, with views across Upton Lake and the Twin Sails Bridge. Comprising of 219 one, two and three bedroom premium homes alongside an array of communal facilities including two Private Resident Club Terraces and adjoining Club Lounges with full Kitchen & Dining Facilities, as well as Four Commercial Units. There will also be an internal courtyard offering private garden pod offices for the residents.
Rentec will be providing full Mechanical and Electrical services for this project.
