Theale is a tri-service facility, offering a shared location for RBFRS, Thames Valley Police and South-Central Ambulance Service and includes an accessible meeting space for use by residents and community groups.
Once in operation the station provided modern operational facilities for the blue light services and a community hub, it is also strategic location will improve the speed of response by the emergency service crews.
Rentec did a full Mechanical and Electrical installation including Heating, Plumbing, Drainage, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, BMS Control System, Sprinkler System, Fire Hydrants, Compressed Air System, Vehicle Extraction System, LV Distribution, Internal and External Lighting, Data Network, WC Assistance Alarms, Fire Alarm, Access Control & Intercom System, Lightning Protection and a Solar Photovoltaic System consisting of 56 Panels.
