Accommodating up to 68 residents over 3 Storey’s, the home provides a number of other luxury communal facilities such as an on site beauty, hair and nail salon, lounges, laundry facilities and beautifully landscaped gardens.
Rentec provided a full Mechanical and Electrical installation including Domestic Water Services, Heating, Plumbing, Sanitaryware, Drainage, Ventilation & Air Conditioning, BMS Control System, LV Distribution, Internal and External Lighting, Lightning Protection, Data Network, Fire Alarm, CCTV, TV/IRS System, Audio Induction Loop, Nurse & Assistance Call and Access Control.
