‘Woodlands‘ was a demolition and rebuild project of 18 spacious apartments in Canford Cliffs, offering luxury accommodation to the Over 55’s. Offering spacious shared spaces such as a kitchen and lounge for the residents, there are also communal landscaped gardens and other associated services to ensure a luxury life.
Rentec provided full mechanical and electrical services to the development including Domestic Water, Heating, Gas Supply, Sanitaryware and General Plumbing, Drainage, Ventilation, Electrical Distribution, Lighting and Access Control as well as a Solar Photovoltaic System of 54 Panels.
